Bart Jackson describes himself as a writer who gets out a lot. From Everest to the Amazon valley, he has trekked, paddled, biked, and returned to write of these adventures. He and neer complaining wife Lorraine have found summits & in the Andes, American Rockies. They've been blessed to see sunrises from Mt. Kilimanjaro and Fuji, and meteor showers in high Tibet. As a whitewater kayakist, Mr. Jackson has written several guidebooks and edited American Whitewater Magazine.
Finding that entrepreneurs, like explorers, hold that fascinating blend of doer and dreamer, Bart has also spent the last two decades scribbling about many aspects of business. To help business folks gain concise counsel from masters of their trades, in a succinct readable form, Bart has recently launched BartsBooks - a series of ultimate business guides flowing from Prometheus Publishing, LLC.
You may spy him around Cranbury, NJ, paddling his boat on Brainerd Lake or pedaling his tandem bicycle down Main Street with Lorraine. Bart agrees with W.H. Auden that the aim of writing is to help man a little better to endure life or a little better to enjoy it.
