Individuals may contribute up to $2,400 for the general election, while PACs may contribute $5,000 for the general election.  In addition, individuals may contribute up to $2,400 to retire the campaign's debt from the primary, while PACs may contribute up to $5,000 to retire the campaign's debt from the primary (however, any contributions already made for the primary election count against these limits).  Contributions to retire primary debt must be specifically designated for that purpose.

This solicitation is expressly void if received by anyone who is prohibited by law from contributing to this campaign, or if the solicitation or acceptance thereof would create any impropriety or a conflict of interest affecting the operations of the KY Office of the Attorney General.
