Gifted, well-fed, and grateful! I hope this holiday time has also been wonderful for you and your family, despite any wintry weather.

Our leadership thoughts now turn to the New Year and to new horizons. We want to experience more, to improve relationships, to be more productive. These kinds of thoughts come from a deeper place, from our essential core, our spiritual center. We want to grow, and as ANE leaders we know that achieving that better future with our organization has a lot to do with how well we manage that deeper place.

This week, enjoy the time of gratitude and reflect on what you want for your growth in 2011. If New Year resolutions come to mind, I hope they include being more Calm, Confident and Connected.
