I'm Terry Herring, Vice Chairman and Trustee of A New Equilibrium.

We, as a group of spiritually-focused leaders, have accomplished much and yet there is much left for us to achieve. While many people have found encouragement, growth and opportunity, others are still looking for the right path. And even when we find success, the challenges of remaining calm, confident, and connected require nourishment. As leaders we have a responsibility to ourselves and our compatriots to expand our efforts and stay the journey. How exciting and fulfilling a pilgrimage can be for each of us in very unique ways.

So where do we go from here? Simple, each of us take a step to greater commitment. Why? So we may start to develop this feeling in a more concerted way. Besides, its not difficult.

It requires your commitment and a small donation of $100 per year that is tax deductable.

A key goal for this year is to find unique ways to enlighten ourselves and to provide a safe harbor for free discussion and open networking. Program attendees have commented in ways that reflect that we are making progress in this arena. People have stated: ANE is a safe place to simply be myself; These are really professional people to be with..;With ANE I feel propelled in my new direction.

The right setting, people and feeling -- mean so much.

Since ANE is led by volunteers, we need support for program development, scholarships, technology advancements, such as the Website and administrative needs. These are important and open the door to our community in a very real and personal way. We are connecting the giving spirit with the growth we need as professionals.
