Everyone agrees that the best leaders are inspiring, but it's easy to get bogged down with the urgent or the routine.
 
However, every now and then something snaps us out of the weeds - some kind of internal force that propels us to embrace a bigger future. It motivates us to become more engaged, more hopeful, more visionary, better able to mobilize our teams to achieve greater results.
 
This is inspiration.
 
In order to inspire others, you must start by inspiring yourself.
 
Where does it come from? How can we tap into it more often? How can we maintain a spirit that rises above the mundane?
