I've noticed that we all seem to have unconscious negative thinking patterns that invade our leadership jobs. They show up as repeated missteps and mistakes, like worms burrowing into our job and career. Do you ever think "Why is this happening, again?"
So how do we get at them if they're unconscious? By being a spiritually intentional ANE leader, of course! We start by accepting that our thinking can never be perfect. So we look to a power greater than ourselves for help. When we sense limitation, we find growth and new pathways. When we sense too much self-criticism, we find confidence and support.
Listen to a great talk by Jim Wood, one of ANE's Trustees, as he describes his experiences at our recent Spiritually Intentional Leader Summit. Click here.
The better pathways come by letting go and asking for help. This week as you go into situations, pause and remind yourself: I have better pathways available.
