Because I have God within me, he reveals with more power and light, than those dark parts that are negative and self serving.  I am mindful of that and allow the pathway to be revealed, for that is what being an ANE leader is about.  I strive towards humility and confidence, meeting in the middle, and do not self-efface due to insecurity. Today, I embrace the need to be available to understand, strive to be understood, grapple with appropriate confidence, know that others are with me, and know I have the capacity to learn to be better at my leadership/relationships/Faith.
