We will enjoy conferences with Fr. Cyprian each day and celebrate Eucharist together. Mornings will include yoga and meditation.

       (Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.)

Please arrive after 3 pm on Friday, to check into your single-occupancy room, linens and bath towels provided. Double-occupancy rooms are also available.

You may want to bring an extra blanket. Retreat ends after lunch on Sunday.

Vegetarian meals with vegan options include:

Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner, & Sunday breakfast and lunch

 Need not be a Sangha Member to attend.

Cost: $196, please pay Radha by April 1, checks payable to St. Francis Retreat.

Partial scholarships are available ~ ask Radha.

We will carpool from Holy Cross.
