Our community exists to energize and encourage each other to grow our leadership this way. We are leaders and professionals who want to learn to fully engage our beliefs in the workplace. We do this first by practicing the ANE tools and ideas in our job and then by connecting back to the community to share our learning.

Participation is ANE's watchword for 2012. Our learning community depends on people's willingness to share their experiences for the benefit of others. We encourage and need you to connect back to ANE to share your experiences throughout the year.
