We will be exploring both in theory and in practice the Christian approach to the practice and philosophy of Yoga. On a practical side we will do asana, pranayama and meditation together. On the theoretical side we will discuss how the spiritual anthropologythe view of the human personimplied in each tradition converges, and sheds new light on the transformative promises of the Transfiguration, Resurrection and Ascension.
