Why do some people need a date on a calendar to tell the one they love that they love them? The cards, flowers, candy, dinner, etc... All for something that should be said every day. How is that different from performance evaluations, or talent review session in our jobs.  Most people find that they are able to give more to the people in their lives when they are at peace with themselves and surrounded by a supportive network of people. Whether you are looking to be a better person with your family or with your coworkers, having a supportive network of people around you enables you to perform at your best.
