A chance for each delegate to bring the group up to date with what has been happening, what challenges you face and occasions where you have been able to bring your own unique spiritual approach to a situation

HOT TOPICS TO TEST 
Bring a specific issue or challenge for the group to discuss and help. How have we been able to engage with these spiritually? What approaches or tools & techniques have helped? What have we found impossible to solve?  You may have solutions or may have only difficulties but each situation will help us collectively to test our approaches to what happens in our daily workplaces and collectively we can learn and help drive improved outcomes for us and those we lead and work with.

PLANNING TOGETHER

As an ANE Europe community how can we help each other more? How can we support and connect further in 2013? How can we be more effective in our leadership roles? Together we will plan and our programme for the rest of 2013.
