The Objective: Demonstrating improved business and people outcomes from your individual and team decision making through your greater spiritual engagement in your job.

The Outcomes: Demonstrably better leadership results through improved decision making and relationships. Plus feelings of greater calm and confidence in your job, and a support community for your ongoing learning plan.

Experience: You will form part of an Engagement Group for the duration of the event. These are leaders of similar background (e.g., small business, large business, church.) The focus is on your immediate business issues. Group breakouts are interspersed with stimulating speakers.

Through this process you will:

• Hear from several business leaders who will discuss their own experience for creating joy and meaning in their work
• Get mobilized to break out of a rut into a place of joyful engagement
• Discover the potential for spiritual power energizing your personal and professional life
