   • Alberto to update section per recent call on clubleaders homepage
   • Parag to list vendors used by yaleclubLA and other clubs - no need to fill out all info, starting an article as a stub is a good first step
   • Parag to add pages for knowledge base of technical tools used by clubs with known details, pricing, costs/benefits
   • Robert to add content on Communications Under Administrative Section
   • Robert to add content under Event Ideas such as the speednetworking content
   • Parag, Robert, Alberto and Blair to add content under Resources to include links to AYA Toolbox and other resources

MINUTES

Attending: Parag, Alberto, Robert

1. Content and sections updated and looking good to the team
2. Team discussion of the new Sites.Google service - and decided to continue to be open on how to use these and other services
3. Alberto mentioned his use of Googles excellent colaborative spreadsheets for things like working on metrics templates for clubs
4. The team decided to invite the other club leaders to the yalenet/clubleaders site next week and selected Robert to write the notification inviting everyone to the site

ACTION ITEMS -

1. Parag to write Spotlight Text pages 2 and 3.  Will email copy to Alberto for insertion
2. Alberto to set up Robert as site editor
3. Invite date set for next Thursday
