September and October mark the sacred Jewish month of Tishrei and the sacred Muslim month of Ramadan as well as the Christian Feast of peacemaker St Francis of Assisi on October 4.
Once again, all the children of Abraham gather under his tent.
Just as Abraham, Hagar, and Sarah welcomed into their tent thirsty travelers from all four directions, we welcome to our table not only those of the three Abrahamic traditions but all who thirst for a world made whole.
In the spirit of PEACE and FELLOWSHIP, we invite you to pause on Sunday, October 12 to pray for peace. We encourage you to mark the day by fasting.
EVERYONE is invited to join us for any or all of the days events.
