Interviewers, the good ones, have several ways of pushing an applicant's buttons and determining his "stuff". Though they seem casual, most all questions have ulterior purposes. So don't give casual answers. The "What If" question sets up an imaginary scenario and asks you to respond with a solution. Don't blurt your first impulse. The job goes to the best, not the quickest answer. Also, don't be afraid to add secondary, and third options. The "Stress Question" is aimed at sparking your ire - getting you to flare up. "I see in your past job you handled this problem this way. Why? I don't think that's what we are looking for around here."
