Planning a nice break this holiday? Or will your business commitments keep you active right to the wire?

Either way, I urge you to get into the spirit of the season. (Btw, it's much easier if you're not straining to squeeze the last drops of production from the year.)

Consider this: The amazing good at your inner spiritual core is at your disposal wherever you go this season. It doesn't switch off for the holidays. If your Will is your ability to focus your mind on something, then Good Will is your ability to bring that spiritual core into what you focus on so that you get a much better result. 

How do you do it? That's what these weekly emails and A New Equilibrium are all about, of course. But there is a special opportunity at this time of year. 

In all your giving and receiving this season, put aside attitudes and behaviors, and fully appreciate the amazing good you know exists at the spiritual core of others. The value or utility of gifts given or received pales in comparison. It's the season. You don't need permission. Let your Will come from a place of total commitment to the amazing good in others and you will know joy and engagement at work like you never imagined possible.
