Here's a common slip that disconnects people and leads to failure.
This week, I'm sure you will be discussing business problems with your team, colleagues or customers. Inevitably, there will be frustration that things need to get done better. You will know that improved performance requires people to do more.
Don't say people "are not good enough!"
If you even think it, use your tools to shake off the thought before continuing.
Saying it shows a crisis of faith at your inner spiritual core. And, as a leader, your lack of faith encourages the same in others. You turn off loyalty and determination rapidly. Then you have to rebuild. A second on the tongue, a lifetime in the results.
