It may creep up on you over time, or suddenly jump in. You may have heard it for years, or it recently arrived. You may have denied it's presence or accepted your fate. What is it?
It's the deep sense of incompleteness in your work. Do thoughts like "Why am I doing this?" or "What's my career supposed to be about?" or "Is this all there is?" ring a bell? If you've lost your job, or struggled with the dislocation of change, these thoughts will be no strangers.
These questions at our inner core express our spiritual emptiness. The negative aspects of today's workplace grinds us down so deeply that at times we simply can't bear it any longer.
"We become immobilized," says CEO Brian. "We crave the wonderfully joyful feeling that all the senses are back working together. We knew it once, but where did it all go, and why can't we get it back?"
Spiritual problems need spiritual solutions. Over the last four years we've discovered a great deal about ways to restore joy and performance into our working lives. In response to requests for more, our Learning Committee of members has created a new modular program. Think of it as accelerating your spiritual leadership through a series of bite-size learning experiences. The focus is on retrieving that joyful feeling and improving results with our Intentional Leadership Tools.
We have named it Leadership Learning for Life.
Four years to perfect, now it's ready for you. Join the first Engagement Group
