Installing Citrix - Web Panel - Trusted Site - Compatibility Mode - Disconnecting - Citrix Bar
To prevent any issues accessing the Citrix Web Panel and your SureDesk™ we recommend setting https://so5.suretech.com as a trusted site in your web browser.
How you make a site trusted depends on what internet browser you are using.
Internet Explorer
- Go to Tools menu
- Select Internet Options
- Security tab
- Select Trusted sites
- Click on Sites button
- Make sure https://so4.suretech.com is shown and click Add
- Next go to Tool Menu again
- Select Compatability View Settings
- Make sure suretech.com is shows and select Add
Mozilla Firefox
Firefox does not require trusted sites. The only step needed to ensure SureDesk login works is to go to:
- Go to so4.suretech.com
- Select the Firefox Menu
- Select Add Ons
- Select Plug Ins
- Select Always Activate Dropdown next to: Citrix ICA and Citrix Offline PlugIns
Google Chrome
- Go to https://so5.suretech.com
- Click on the wrench for the main menu
- Click on Options
- Click on Under the Hood
- Select Network
- Click on Change proxy settings…
- Select Security tab
- Click on Trusted Sites
- Select Sites button
- Make sure https://so5.suretech.com is shown and click Add
- Click Close than click Ok
Apple Safari
- Go to https://so5.suretech.com
- Go to Mac Utilities
- Click Keychain settings
- Find the so4.suretech.com certificate and select Trusted under the drop down menu.
