SureMail™ User Guide

If you need to setup your SureMail™ on an Android phone please follow the below steps. Please note these instructions are generic since Android devices are varied and not always alike.

1. Go to Menu.
2. Go to Accounts & sync settings.
3. Click Add account.
4. Select Exchange or, if Exchange is not an option, select Corporate.
5. Put in your email address in the Email field.
6. The Domain field should be filled in with ENOMIA.
7. Put in your email address in the Username field.
8. The Server field should be mail.thoughtbus.com.
9. Password should be your SureMail™ password.
10. Make sure Requires SSL is selected.
11. Click Next.
12. You can choose how far back to sync your mail in the Amount to synchronize field and click Next.
13. You can now fill in an account name and display name for the email account.
14. Click on Done.
