If you need to setup your SureMail™ on iPhone/iPad please follow the below steps.

Two steps are required:
1. Remove an old Exchange account (if you have one).  You can find instruction here.
2. Add a new Exchange account

 

To setup a new SureMail™ account:

  1. On the Home screen select Settings.
  2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  3. Select Add account...
  4.  

  5. Select Microsoft Exchange.
  6.  

  7. Enter the information below:
  8.  

    • Email: Your email address
    • Password: Your email password
    • Description: How you would like to describe the account Ex: Work email
  9. Click Next and the SureMail account should auto-discover and you will be able to choose which information (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, etc.)
  10. If it did not successfully setup the below screen will appear asking you to fill in more fields.
    • Email: Your email address
    • Server: webmail05.mycloudmailbox.com
    • Domain: N/A
    • Username: Your email address
    • Password: Your email password
    • Decription: How you would like to decribe the account Ex: Work email
  11. Select Next.
  12. Your SureMail™ account should now successfully be added to your iPhone or iPad.
  13. If you would like your SureMail™ account to be the default mail account, calendar or contact list you may need to adjust your settings.  Go to Settings.
  14. Go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars. and scroll down to find Default Account for email and contacts and Default Calendar for your calendar.  Here you can select the email account you just made to make it the primary option for your phone.
