SureMail™ User Guide

If you need to setup your SureMail™ on iPhone/iPad please follow the below steps.

1. On the Home screen select Settings.
2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.



 

3. Select Add account...



 

4. Select Microsoft Exchange.



 

5. Enter the information below:



 

• Email: Your email address
• Password: Your email password
• Description: How you would like to describe the account Ex: Work email
6. Click Next and a new screen will appear asking you to fill in more fields.
   • Email: Your email address
   • Server: mail.thoughtbus.com
   • Domain: enomia
   • Username: Your email address
   • Password: Your email password
   • Decription: How you would like to decribe the account Ex: Work email
7. Select Next.
8. Your SureMail™ account should now successfully be added to your iPhone or iPad.
