If you need to setup your SureMail™ on an Android phone please follow the below steps. Please note these instructions are generic since Android devices are varied and not always alike.

Two steps are required:
1. Remove an old Exchange account (if you have one) You can find instructions here.
2. Add a new Exchange account
To setup a new SureMail™ account:
- Go to Menu.
- Go to Accounts & sync settings.
- Click Add account.
- Select Exchange or, if Exchange is not available, Corporate.
- Put in your email address in the Email field.
- Leave the Domain field blank.
- Put in your email address in the Username field.
- The Server field should be webmail05.mycloudmailbox.com.
- Password should be your SureMail™ password.
- Make sure Requires SSL is selected.
- Click Next.
- When asked to approve access to your phone select say Yes.
- You can choose how far back to sync your mail in the Amount to synchronize field and click Next.
- Click on Done.
