SureDesk™ User Guide

If you have WebDAV enabled on one of your company drives you can map the drive to your local computer. If you would like WebDAV enabled on a drive please contact This email address is hidden from email harvesters via JavaScript . Once this is done you can follow the below steps.

Please note that these instructions are for computers that are Windows 7 or later.

1. Open your computer folder navigation and make sure you are in the top most level where it lists your computer's drives like the C drive.
2. Right click on the navigation screen and select Add a Network location.

3. Click Next.
4. Select Choose a custom network location.

5. In the Internet or network address field type,
   • https://sf4.suretech.com/%CustomerCode%/%ShareName%
     • %CustomerCode% = Customer Code
     • %ShareName% = is the name of the share on the file server

6. Click Next.
7. Type in your SureDesk™ username and password and select Remember my Password.

8. Click Ok.
9. The drive is now mapped to your local computer.
