Often Citrix requires older versions to be removed prior to the installation of the current version. To uninstall a previous version please follow these steps
Uninstalling on a PC
- Go to the Control Panel on your PC.
- Select Uninstall a program.
- Select Citrix Receiver from the list and click Uninstall.
- Follow the onscreen directions to finish uninstalling the Citrix Receiver.
- Once the Citrix Receiver is uninstalled restart the computer..
- Reinstall Citrix Receiver.
