Often Citrix requires older versions to be removed prior to the installation of the current version. To uninstall a previous version please follow these steps

 

Uninstalling on a PC

  1. Go to the Control Panel on your PC.
  2. Select Uninstall a program.
  3. Select Citrix Receiver from the list and click Uninstall.
  4. Follow the onscreen directions to finish uninstalling the Citrix Receiver.
  5. Once the Citrix Receiver is uninstalled restart the computer..
  6. Reinstall Citrix Receiver.
