What is the complete application list for everything that will be hosted? e.g. Office, QuickBooks, ACT, etc. Do you need a SQL server? Do you have SQL server licenses? Total amount of SQL storage needed: Total amount of file storage needed: (need to be very descriptive) Base comes with 2GB per user, measured in aggregate. Do not include apps, just files & folders How are you currently handling backups? e.g. Local fileserver, USB or NAS storage, online backup, etc.? Do you need long-term file storage?
